Client Relationship Manager

Client Relationship Manager: Full Time, Start Immediately (New Albany)

  • Compensation: $16-$20/hr
  • Overtime available, insurance, 401K
  • Employment type: full-time

Come join the team at AmeriMac Appraisal Management Company, as we continue to grow our Client Relationship Team in our beautiful New Albany, Ohio, location.

Familiarity with the mortgage/real estate/appraisal industry is a not required. Many of our most successful team members started at AmeriMAC with no relevant industry experience. If you have the traits described below, and are willing to learn, then you have ‘all the right stuff’ to be successful with our team.

The perfect Client Relationship Manager (CRM) candidate will:

  • Variable duties. Our team is cross trained, which gives our CRM’s a lot of flexibility in who does each task daily.
  • Recognition. Your achievements will be celebrated publicly and going the extra mile will be noticed and rewarded.
  • There is overtime available to anyone who wants it, but never mandatory.
  • Weekly schedule is flexible, you can work with leadership to define your schedule.
  • Relaxed, casual environment. Work hard. Play hard.
  • Supportive and encouraging leadership team.

What does an AmeriMac Client Relationship Manager do?

  • We manage real estate appraisal orders from banks and lenders, ensure appraisers are assigned, and manage the lifecycle of the appraisal until the order is fulfilled.
  • Pipeline management. Our pipeline is essentially (Order assigned to appraiser >Order Accepted by appraiser > Inspection Scheduled >Inspection Completed > Delivery)
  • We touch various parts of the timeline for each order daily.
  • Speaking with Appraisers, Lenders, Borrowers on the phone about appraisal orders
  • Organizing and tracking order progress
  • Taking payments online and over the phone
  • Proofreading appraisal reports
  • Troubleshooting website problems with Appraisers, Lenders, Borrowers
  • Following up with appraisers to obtain order updates or calling on late orders to ask for progress updates
  • Building and organizing lists of orders in various stages of completion to take individual action on
