Our clients are able to order new appraisals and monitor current appraisals effortlessly. Payment for Appraisal Work

We aim for timely payment to our appraisers upon completion and delivery of work.

Consistent Communication

This is a critical element to ensuring quality appraisals for our clients. Should any complications related to timelines occur, AmeriMac must be given notice as soon as possible. We take the appraiser’s communication skills into consideration when evaluating performance and assigning new appraisal orders.

Appraisal Issuance

Appraisal orders are assigned based on performance rating and the appraiser’s geographical experience as it relates to the local market.

Scheduling the Appraisal Inspection

Our appraisers are expected to reach out and schedule an inspection appointment within a reasonable time of receiving and accepting the appraisal order.
