As an executive account manager at AmeriMac Appraisal Management, Courtney uses her attention to detail and problem-solving skills to manage appraisal orders from start to finish. She facilitates communication between appraisers, lenders, and their clients. 

“I focus on customer service with a positive, friendly attitude.” Which is one of the reasons Courtney can provide any client outstanding customer service.

In this role, Courtney utilizes her 10 years of appraisal experience to make the process as smooth as possible by facilitating clear communication between all parties involved in each order. At AmeriMac, Courtney appreciates “working with a strong team in a fast-paced environment” – as well as the flexibility that comes with a good work-life balance.

When she’s not working, Courtney enjoys spending time with family and friends, taking walks with her dog at Inniswood Metro Gardens, swimming, hiking, camping, and going to concerts and festivals. She has also earned an associate degree in American Sign Language and English Interpretation.
