Managing Member/Head of Compliance
Certified Appraiser

Taylor Roteff

At AmeriMac, Taylor takes on the role of Managing Member/Head of Compliance and is also a certified Appraiser. In his role, Taylor obtains and maintains business registrations with the Secretary of State and appraisal management company licenses for each state.  He also takes pleasure in educating clients on the inner workings of the appraisal process.

Taylor has been interested in the real estate and appraisal industries from a young age and has accrued over 13 years in the field.

“My dad was an appraiser and I had been involved in the appraisal business working for him when I was in my high school and college years. I learned multiple facets of the industry at a young age, and was able to see the highs and lows of the real estate industry. I’ve gained knowledge about many of the Columbus area markets throughout my time as an apprentice and appraiser.”

Taylor enjoys the family atmosphere while working AmeriMac as well as the challenges and opportunities presented in the appraisal industry.

“The entire staff is great to work with. We all have great communication skills and keep each other on our toes. There are also a lot of pranksters in the office (myself included). We are never bored at AmeriMac.”

Education and certifications:

  • Certified Residential Appraiser (01/20)
  • Bachelors Degree in Accounting – Ohio University (2014)
  • Bachelors Degree in Economics – Ohio University (2014)

To Taylor, one of his greatest achievements is earning his appraiser certification and completing his training hours while working another full-time job. Taylor takes pride in the sense of respect and accountability that comes with working in the real estate appraisal field.

“I am a major part of consumers making one of the biggest purchases of their lives. The real estate industry is always changing and I plan on being along for the ride.”

In his spare time, Taylor enjoys playing in a men’s soccer league, golfing, spending time at the beach, and coaching high school soccer at his alma mater.

Taylor also shared three interesting facts about him that no one knows:

  1. I am the greatest foosball player in the office and probably the world.
  2. I am the greatest golfer in the office, but not the world.
  3. I am humble.
