Each appraisal order is given 1:1 attention from a knowledgeable appraisal professional that is available to pick up the phone and answer any questions you have, even on the weekends. We know that no two appraisals are ever the same. That’s why we provide a custom approach with reports that are compliant, complete, and delivered on time.

The technology we use and make available to our clients is part of how we illustrate clear communication. This technology includes our appraisal management portal which allows our clients to monitor the status of their appraisals, order new appraisals, and receive their reports at any time. 24/7 access to our portal means our clients know precisely what stage of the process their appraisal is in – and how soon it will be completed. We also offer online billing, so paying appraisal fees are always fast and uncomplicated. Quoted fees are honored on 98% of our orders. The price you’re quoted is the price you pay – there are no surprises with AmeriMac.

The AmeriMac Commitment

Our goal at AmeriMac is long-term relationships, not short-term gain. We take your trust and confidence in our appraisal management services seriously.

  • Flat Fee with No Increase: We commit to charging a flat fee with no increase on most properties. Once we provide our lenders with the appraisal fee, we do not increase or revise the fee. There are some exceptions for unique properties, of course, but we have succeeded in keeping this commitment for 98% of our completed appraisal orders. 
  • Hand-Select Appraisers for Each Order: Most appraisal management companies broadcast an appraisal order and award it to the appraiser with the lowest bid. At AmeriMac, when we receive an appraisal order, we hand-select appraisers based on their geographic competency, their ability to communicate with us throughout the process, and their trusted history of fast, accurate, compliant appraisals with minimal revisions.   • Rooted in Communication: Our success is rooted in communication. We follow-up throughout the appraisal ordering process and communicate with you every step of the way.  We even encourage our clients to call us with questions!  Our highly experienced team members will most likely be able to answer your questions right then.   • Easy Reconsideration and Revision Process: When disputes arise, AmeriMac provides an easy reconsideration process.  We want our lenders to know that we hear you. We understand the questions and revisions because we have been appraisers and lenders ourselves. This unique experience enables our team to understand both sides and facilitate the necessary revisions.
